The CAP 350 cabbage cutting machine is ideal for cutting large quantities of whole cabbages. Red cabbage and white cabbage can be processed up to a diameter of 350 mm with optimal cutting quality. The machine can be filled continuously using its large feeding hopper.
Cutting disks are available as standard in the following cutting thicknesses: 1.3 mm, 1.8 mm, 2.3 mm and 2.8 mm. Other cutting thicknesses can be offered on request. In addition, shred shorteners can be used for all cutting disks, allowing the cabbage to be cut into strips according to the customer’s specific cutting length.
The machine can be filled continuously using its large feeding hopper.
