A line used in preparing leek and rhubarb for freezing. It is easy to use and does not require a lot of human intervention.

The process starts with a water-air washer. It is a device in an additionally elongated version, specially equipped to ensure the highest quality of cleaning of the dedicated raw material.

After the washing process, the product is transported to cutters or slicers, according to the customer’s needs. The great advantage of this device is the ability to quickly change the line from cubes to slices thanks to the wheel set.

The next stage is the vibratory de-watering unit. This device is used to remove excess water from the product before it is fed to the cooling tunnel, so that it goes through the freezing process more efficiently, which also improves the performance of the cooling tunnel itself.

The final stage can be a packing line integrated into a leek and rhubarb line. Thanks to this, you can pack the product in cork or cardboard boxes immediately after the end of production.

Detailed refinement of this line resulted in a carefully thought-out concept of the technological process and transparent operation of the devices.
